Capacity Building Tasks
We provide skill-building opportunities and hands-on support with household and domestic tasks, including meal planning, cooking, laundry, and other essential life skills. Our services are flexible and can be tailored to meet each participant’s unique needs. By collaborating closely with participants and their care teams, we ensure that the support provided is personalized and effective, fostering community strength through comprehensive and dedicated service delivery.
Assistance Accessing the Community
We offer personalized community access support, tailored to each participant’s unique needs through a person-centered approach. Our services include a wide range of supports, such as assistance with medical and non-medical appointments, shopping, recreational outings, and job search activities, ensuring participants can engage fully in their community and daily life.
Assistance with self-care
We provide comprehensive in-home personal care services to support our participants with activities such as showering, dressing, and continence aid changes, ensuring they receive the assistance they need with dignity and respect.
Complex Medical Needs
Our qualified support workers undergo thorough training and continuous on-the-job education to effectively assist participants with complex needs. We are dedicated to working closely with participants' occupational therapists (OTs) and other professionals to ensure that each individual's needs are consistently met and supported.
Psychosocial Services
Our dedicated team specializing in psychosocial support is highly qualified and engages in hands-on skill-building training to assist participants living with mental illness, both in individual and group settings. We are committed to empowering our participants by helping them develop person-centered recovery plans and supporting them in achieving their goals, promoting a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle.
NDIS Aplication and/or Review Support
We provide free assistance to all community members with NDIS applications and programs, including support letters and additional help connecting with external support organizations or services during scheduled or unexpected NDIS reviews.
Group Programs
At our community hub, we create a supportive environment where skill-building, cultivating healthy relationships, and community engagement are at the core of everything we do. We are proud to tailor all our programs to meet the unique needs and interests of each participant.
