Our All Ability Focussed Programs are built on the belief that everyone, regardless of their physical or psychosocial challenges, deserves the opportunity to participate fully. These programs are thoughtfully designed to be inclusive, accessible, and welcoming to people of all abilities.
Capacity Building
Life skills for independence, confidence, and ease.
Capacity Building is about learning tasks along with creating a life that feels more manageable, more enjoyable, and more independent. At Wazka, we work closely with each participant to develop practical life skills tailored to their individual goals.
From personal organisation and communication to budgeting and travel training, we support you at your pace, helping build the tools needed for everyday success.
Social Engagement
Friendships, fun, and confidence through guided connection.
Through group activities, outings, and shared interests, participants develop communication skills, boost self-esteem, and become more confident in social situations all within a supportive and judgment-free environment.
Wazka Choir
Sing it loud. Sing it proud.
The WAZKA Choir offers a joyful way to connect, express, and belong. No experience needed — just a love of music and a willingness to have fun. Singing together not only lifts the spirit, but also improves emotional wellbeing and builds a sense of teamwork. The choir is inclusive, supportive, and above all, a celebration of voice and community.
Lifestyle Skill Building
Everyday skills that make life feel easier.
Our Lifestyle Skill Building sessions are practical, friendly, and designed around real-world needs. From cooking and cleaning to using public transport or managing time, we teach the kind of everyday skills that foster confidence and independence.
With the support of our team, participants are encouraged to take small steps that lead to big changes in daily life.
Zumba & Boxersise
Move your body, lift your mood.
Physical activity is a powerful tool for mental and emotional wellbeing and it should be fun! Our Zumba and Boxercise sessions are energetic, inclusive, and adapted for all fitness levels.
Whether you’re dancing to a rhythm or punching it out in a safe, structured class, you’ll enjoy the benefits of movement while connecting with others in a vibrant, encouraging space.
Arts and Crafts
Creativity that calms, connects, and inspires.
Art offers a gentle way to explore thoughts, feelings, and self-expression. In our Arts and Crafts sessions, participants engage in hands-on creative projects that nurture imagination and encourage mindfulness.
These sessions are perfect for building focus, self-esteem, and emotional expression — all while having fun and enjoying a sense of achievement.
Women's only Psychosocial
A safe space for healing, growth, and support.
Our Women’s Only Psychosocial Group is a compassionate, respectful environment where women can feel heard and supported. Designed for those experiencing mental health challenges, this group provides connection, empowerment, and shared understanding.
Through conversation, peer support, and guided activities, women have the chance to heal, grow, and build strong personal foundations.
Men's Mental Health
Real support for real life.
Men deserve spaces where they can talk honestly, feel supported, and build resilience. Our Men’s Mental Health Group is a place where participants can come together to share experiences, manage stress, and support each other without judgment.
Facilitated by experienced support workers, the group focuses on connection, emotional wellbeing, and practical strategies for daily life.
Outing Group (All Abilities)
Explore, connect, enjoy — together.
Our Outing Group invites participants to step out and experience the wider community in fun, inclusive ways. From visiting local attractions to trying new cafés, attending community events, or going on nature walks, every outing is designed to promote confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging.
